Leisure Services received a proposal from GMC in the amount of $117,535 for the Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, Construction Administration, Preliminary Geotechnical Analysis/Report, Stormwater Modeling Report, ADEM Permitting and Inspections and As-Built Survey for the Mills Community Park Improvements. These services include: site design and hardscapes, grading and erosion plan, planting and irrigation, lighting, site furnishings, architectural structures, playground design, In-house design/administration and additional design consultants. The council previous approved $250,000 Resolution 24-1390. We are requesting to use Impact Fees for account #208-5030-5103.
