WHEREAS, the City of Foley continues to work toward streetscape improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City's Horticulturist has submitted a landscape and irrigation recommendation for completing the work in Streetscape Phase IV at a total cost of $29,325.50.
NOT THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates a total of $29,325.50 and amends Account No. 12-665-7289 Q70 accordingly for landscaping and irrigation work in the Streetscape Phase IV area as follows; $21,463.00 is for irrigation work to be performed by Southern Maintenance and $7,862.50 for materials, both as shown on the attached recommendation. ,
SECTION 2: This action becomes effective immediately upon adoption of this resolution as required by law.
