     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the prezoning of property requested by S.E. Civil as PUD (Planned Unit Development).

Property is 35.27+/- acres located east side of State HWY 59 and south of Hadley Road.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
