WHEREAS, Council adopted Resolution 15-2361 on November 16, 2015, and
WHEREAS, the ABC Board is requesting this resolution be amended to include "Inc." at the end of South Baldwin Chamber Foundation, and to include "Foley" before Heritage Park and to remove "Pavilion".
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows, amends Resolution 15-2361-RES to read as follows:
"Waives the fees for the use of Foley Heritage Park requested by the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation, Inc. for their fundraiser (BBQ & Blues) on March 19, 2016."
