WHEREAS, Darrell Russell has requested that Sanitation Dept. vehicle #1057 - 2007 Sterling LT9513 Garbage Truck - VIN# 2FZHAZDE87AX50466 - Asset# 6232be declared Surplus and approved for disposal by the best means possible because the vehicles are no longer reliable or needed, and
WHEREAS, this vehicle has been replaced by the Sanitation Depts. newest ASL,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the declaration of the Sanitation Dept. vehicle #1057 - 2007 Sterling LT9513 Garbage Truck - VIN# 2FZHAZDE87AX50466 - Asset# 6232 be declared Surplus and approved for disposal by the best means possible.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
