Consider Advanced Appraisals' proposal for property appraisal of a potential property for watershed protection that is being submitted to the Alabama Gulf Coast Recovery Council, and increase General Fund account 01-624-3020 Engineerings Consultant/Professional Fees by $2,775. If this project should proceed, shown in the FY16 Capital Project Plan as the Bon Secour Water Quality, this cost will be moved from the General Fund to the Capital Projects Fund.
