      WHEREAS, there is a need to replace the entire store front of City Hall due to normal wear over the last 38+ years, and
WHEREAS, all aspects of the door locks and closures are in poor working condition and replacement parts are no longer available, and
WHEREAS, impact glass and an automatic door will be installed, and
WHEREAS, the project also includes an impact glass door to the receptionist area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
      SECTION 1:      Approves the purchase and installation of an entire new store front for City Hall in the amount of $42,477.00 from MCS Contracting, Inc.
SECTION 2:      Approves using proceeds of the 2014 General Obligation Bonds for this purchase.
SECTION 3:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
