NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Foley Police Department to use Donated Funds from Tanger Properties LP in the amount of $500.00 to purchase police equipment. The $500.00 is a Non-Capital, Non-Budgeted item, added to the Small Tools Account, Account # 01-608-5010 and Police Donation account # 01-5041, amending accounts accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
