Consider appropriating funds not to exceed $4,000.00 to survey a ditch that seperates Collinwood Loop and Meadow Run Loop. Riviera is removing utilities along the route and City would like to obtain an easement from the property owners in order to maintain the ditch.

      WHEREAS, Riviera Utilities is removing utilities along the ditch that seperates Collinwood Loop and Meadow Run Loop, and
 
      WHEREAS, the City would like to obtain an easement from the property owners in order to maintain the ditch, and
 
      WHEREAS, the members of the HOA of Collinwood Loop and Meadow Run Loop and the Cit wish to do a survey to mark the easement needed in order to maintain the ditch.
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Appropriates funds in an amount not to exceed  $4,000 for a survey of the ditch seperating Collinwood Loop and Meadow Run Loop in order to obtain an easment from the property owners along the ditch line for the purpose of the City maintaining the ditch under Account No. 01-624-3020 Consultant/Professional Fees.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
