WHEREAS, the City of Foley is in the process of completing a dog park for people to have a place for their dogs to run and play, and
WHEREAS, a bronze statue called "Boy and Dog with Bone" has been donated to the City of Foley for the dog park by Mrs. Victoria Southern in memory of her parents, Joe and Anna Marie Manley, and
WHEREAS, Fran's on 59 has committed to donating a stone foundation and installation of the statue.
