WHEREAS, the City of Foley passed Resolution No. 13-0475 on September 16, 2013 and entered into an agreement with Baldwin County on October 8, 2013 to jointly fund roadway improvements to CR 20, and
WHEREAS, the agreement was based upon estimated construction and inspection costs, and
WHEREAS, the City and County agreed to split any overages equally, and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and the actual costs are now known.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves amending the cost of the CR 20 ATRIP roadway improvements to reflect the overage cost of $35,000.00, for a total budget of $299,000.00, amending Account No. 12-665-7322 Q96 PART accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
