NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Approves the placement of red ribbons around approximately ten (10) trees in front of City Hall on the south side of HWY 98 along with anti-drug signs in honor of Red Ribbon Week for drug abuse awareness from October 23 - 31, 2013.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
