     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the PDD Modification of property owned by SCP BPG Magnolia Holdings, LLC from PDD (Planned Development District) to  PDD (Planned Development District).

Property is 103.17+/- acres located north of County Road 20 and east of Foley Beach Express

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
