WHEREAS, the Mayor executed ALDOT's Form MB-06A, Agreement for the Cooperative Maintenance of Public Right of Way, for the Pedestrian Bridge under the TIGER Phase III grant project, and
WHEREAS, ALDOT requires a resolution endorsing this permit form.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts and acknowledges the Agreement for the Cooperative Maintenance of Public Right of Way with ALDOT for the Pedestrian Bridge under TIGER Phase III grant project.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
