NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts proposal from E-J Builders for drainage improvements at Foley Beach Express Industrial Park and appropriate funds in the amount of $6,877.00 under Foley Beach Express Industrial Park Improvement Project Account No.12-665-7304 Q82 DRAIN. This is not a budgeted item.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
