WHEREAS, the General Government Department desires to transfer excess funds from the Salaries Account to the Part-time Salaries Account. The funds will be used to cover additional temporary hours for the City's Mail Clerk/Receptionist in order to provide clerk support to the Finance Division while another employee is out on medical leave (approximately 6 weeks or 120 hours).  
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
 
SECTION 1:      Authorizes transferring $1,494 from Account #01-620-1010 (Salaries) to Account #01-620-1015 (Part-time Salaries).
 
SECTION 2:       This action becomes effective immediately upon adoption of this resolution as required by law.
