Request council approval to purchase a billboard advertising the Visitor Center North from Lamar Advertising. The billboard is located on the west side of Hwy. 59. It is the fourth board south of the Foley Beach Express, north facing. The cost is $300 per month, for 6 months, plus vinyl costs of $720, for a total expenditure of $2,520. This amount is available in account 01-625-5210. A sample with proposed graphics is attached.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Foley City Council believes that the puchase of a billboard ad from Lamar Advertising is a useful public purpose of public funds and authorizes the expenditure of $2,520 (TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS AND NO/100) Dollars.
