A Resolution Approving the Purchase of Two F-550 Trucks
Summary
To better serve the citizens of Foley , the Street Department requests to purchase two new 2019 Ford F-550 Trucks at $54,901.00 each for a total amount of $109,802 from Tallassee Automotive, Inc under State of Alabama Division of Purchasing Vehicle Contract # MA 999 T193A 4013268.1. The fleet we have are becoming old & too costly to keep in service. One of the new F-550 trucks will be an addition. The other new F-550 Truck would be a replacement for the Street Dept. 2001 Ford F-350 Truck #3011077 (Old # 0770), which is worn out and costing too much in repairs. The Street Department also requests that the 2001 Ford F-350 Truck #3011077 (Old # 0770), be declared surplus and disposed of through JM Wood Auction in Montgomery, AL.
