WHEREAS, the Parks Department desires to convert one vacant Parks Laborer position (G-5) to a Parks Maintenance Worker I (G6) to better accommodate the Parks Department required job functions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes the conversion of one vacant Parks Laborer position to a Parks Maintenance Worker I position in the City's Pay Classification Plan.
SECTION 2: Budget funds are available and no budget adjustment is needed or being requested for this action.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
