Summary
On August 15, 2022 the City of Foley entered into an agreement by resolution 22-1272 with the Alabama Department of Corrections for the utilization of inmate labor in a work release type setting. The term of the agreement is 12 months. Public Works is asking the Council to authorize the Mayor to re-enter into the agreement with the Alabama Department of Corrections.
