     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the pre-zoning of property owned by Creek Ridge, LLC to PUD (Planned Unit Developement).

Property is 43.44+/- acres located north of County Road 12 and east and west of Clarke Ridge Road.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
