WHEREAS, The IT Department requests that the 2006 Dodge Caravan - Asset #10186, Vehicle #10402, VIN#1D4GP25E66B749895 be declared surplus and no longer needed for public purpose.
WHEREAS, The IT Department requests to dispose of this vehicle through auction or best method available.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the 2006 Dodge Caravan - Asset #10186, Vehicle #10402, VIN# 1D4GP25E66B749895 as surplus and not needed for public purpose.
SECTION 2: Authorizes disposal of the vehicle by auction or best method available.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
