WHEREAS, the Police Department is requesting an appropriation of funds in the amount of $25,000.00 for this fiscal year to purchase and install emergency lighting and equipment for the purchased Ford-F-150 trucks.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase and installation emergency lighting and equipment for the Ford-F-150 trucks for the Police Department.
SECTION 2: Appropriates $25,000.00 to Account No. 01-608-7010, Capital Purchases in support of this action.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
