AUTHORIZING WAIVER OF CERTAIN BUILDING PERMIT FEES
FOR UNITED PENTECOSTAL HOLINESS CHURCH
WHEREAS, United Pentecostal Holiness Church has requested a waiver of various permit fees, except for the required minimum fees, for their church. The Church will be expanding approximately 28 feet North to South and 40 feet East to West and built at 421 2nd Avenue, Foley, AL. 36535.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council in regular session on November 20, 2017 agrees to waive the Plan Review, Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Zoning fees and the Erosion & Sediment Control fee charging only the required minimum fees for permits for the above referenced Church.
