WHEREAS, the Street Department is in need of a T750 Bobcat Compact Loader.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a new T750 Bobcat Compact Loader from Bobcat Company from NJPA Contract #060311-CEC in the amount of $65,090.14.
SECTION 2: Approves an increase of $100 to the budget for the Loader that is currently budgeted at $65,000 under account 01-607-7010.
SECTION 3: The purchase will be made in accordance with State and Local Purchasing Laws.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
