The Airport Manager requests permission to proceed with two utility projects as presented in the FY14 Capital Projects Planning Document for an amount up to $8,000. These projects will provide water service to the new hangars and electric service to the new sign.

WHEREAS, there is a need to extend water service to the new T-Hangars and electric service to sign at the Foley Municipal Airport.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves extending water and electric services and appropriates up to $8,000 to new Capital Project account 12-665-7332.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
