WHEREAS, the Caboose Club is requesting to hold an event, Foley Train Show, on March 22nd and 23rd, 2014.
WHEREAS, the Caboose Club has accumulated donations held in the Depot Museum checking account to pay for this expenditure.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTOPM 1: Approves the Foley Train Show event budget of up $2,000 and amends new expense account 01-623-8117.
SECTION 2: Authorizes the Depot Museum Manager to make payment for these expenditures from the Depot Museum checking account 01-1069.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
