The attached proposed FY26 budget includes the projected close for FY25.

WHEREAS, the City of Foley Public Athletic & Sports Facilities Cooperative District's FY 26 budget is presented with the City of Foley's FY 2026 budget that will come before the City Council on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, and
WHEREAS, the City of Foley Public Athletic & Sports Facilities Cooperative District's FY 25 budget needs to be adopted prior to Council presentation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the Public Athletic & Sports Facilities Cooperative District, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves adoption of the City of Foley Public Athletic & Sports Facilities Cooperative District's FY 26 budget.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
