WHEREAS, Jerome Roper has requested the use of Aaronville Park and ten picnic tables or ten tables and chairs at no cost on May 22, 2021 from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm for their annual May Day.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the use of Aaronville Park requested by Jerome Roper on May 22, 2021 from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm.
SECTION 2: Approves waiving the fees for picnic tables/tables and chairs on May 22, 2021 from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm.
