There is a need for Council to appoint new members to the YMCA Public Parks & Recreation Board. Floyd Davis has resigned from all City Boards, Jimmy Donaldson's term has expired and David Vosloh now serves on the PASFCD and PCEFCD, which one member of these two boards is appointed by the YMCA Public Parks & Recreation Board.
