A Resolution Waiving Fees for the Use of Heritage Park and Pavilion for Anchor Point Church.

Summary

Anchor Point Church has requested the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion on April 10, 2020 from 12 Noon until 8:00 pm for a Community Easter Egg Hunt.  They respectfully request that the fees for the park and pavilion be waived.  They will have some tents, food items, music, inflatables, face painting and a petting zoo, along with the egg hunt. Power outlets and trash cans will be needed.

WHEREAS, Anchor Point Church has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on April 10, 2020 from 12 Noon until 8:00 pm for their Easter Egg Hunt.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 SECTION 1:                     Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Anchor Point Church on April 10, 2020.
