Summary
Foley High School wishes to use Heritage Park and Pavilion for Lion Pride Day on August 11th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. They are also requesting fees to be waived for this event. Lion Pride Day will consist of a community pep rally, tents setup for school clubs/organizations information, food trucks and inflatables.

WHEREAS, the Foley High School has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge for August 11th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm for Lion Pride Day.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the Foley High School for Lion Pride Day on August 11, 2018 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
