NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Foley Police Department to use Donated Funds from Mr. Frank Rikard and his wife Jennie in the amount of $1,000.00 to purchase police equipment. The $1,000.00 is a Non-Capital, Non-Budgeted Item, added to the Small Tools Account, Account# 01-608-5010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
