WHEREAS, Ecumenical Ministries is hosting a fish fry fundraiser at the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermen's Market on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and,
WHEREAS, Ecumenical Ministries requests that the City waive the rental fee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the rental fee for Ecumenical Ministries to host a volunteer appreciation party on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermen's Market.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
