WHEREAS, the City of Foley owns the Claude Peteet Building located at 211 North McKenzie Street, and,
WHEREAS, The City is currently leasing this building to the Performing Arts Association, and,
WHEREAS, expenses will be incurred for the upkeep and maintenance of this building.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Approves the establishment of operational account 01-620-2194 to capture Claude Peteet Building expenses.
SECTION 2:      Approves a budget under this account in the amount of $5,000 for FY15.  
SECTION 3:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
