WHEREAS, bids were solicited and received by the City of Foley at 2:00 p.m. on May 7, 2015 for the construction of the Foley Dog Park, and,
WHEREAS, RCI Electric submitted a sole bid in the amount of $3,900 for electrical work, and,
WHEREAS, E-J Builders submitted a sole bid for steel shade structures and canopies and it was determined that only the two 12’ x 18’ sloped steel canopies located at the park entrance will be constructed at this time for an amount up to $32,063, and,
