The Foundation respectfully requests the courtesy use of the City's Horse Arena for the Rodeo Queen Horsemanship Competition of Thursday, July 26th and for Rodeo Week, July 30th - August 6th, 2018. These dates will accommodate a rain out date, pre-Rodeo events, including barrel racing, and the three night Rodeo.

WHEREAS, the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation has requested the use of Foley Horse Arena at no charge in July and August for their annual fundraiser event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Foley Horse Arena requested by the the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation for their fundraiser on Thursday, July 26th and for Rodeo Week, July 30th - August 6th, 2018.
