NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Foley Public Facilities Cooperative District approves moving forward on the Mast Plan based on the Letter of Intent and the land under option with Worley and Assocites and authorizes Worley and Associates to apply for the rezoning of PUD, Planned Unit Development. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
