Summary
Foley Police Department is requesting to amend resolution 21-1083-RES for the purchase of (5) Chevrolet Tahoes. Due to COVID-19 the production of vehicles has decreased and the department is unable to purchase any Chevrolet Tahoes until after this fiscal year is complete per Donohoo Chevrolet. The police department is requesting to purchase (5) Chevrolet Silverado Trucks already on the lot in place of the Tahoes off of the Alabama State Bid Contract # T191L Master Agreement # MA 999 200000000211 with Donohoo Chevrolet. The cost of (5) Chevrolet Silverado Trucks will be $31,675.10 each, totaling $158,375.50.
