Debbie Smith with The Village is requesting the use of Beulah Heights Park for a Truck & Treat Movie Night Event on Sunday, October 27, 2024 from 4 pm - 9 pm. The Village is a not-for-profit charity primarily dedicated to serving the homeless, specifically women and children, as well as homelessness prevention. She is requesting to have a fees waived for this event. This is a free event to the public and it will include various craft and food vendors, music, and a kid friendly Halloween movie. Vendors are being asked to provide a $25 donation to the organization for rights to up at the event. Alcohol will not be served.
