     WHEREAS, the Sanitation Department needs to transfer funds.

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Approves $20,000 transfer from Gas & Oil account 01-610-6010 to Vehicle Maintenance account 01-610-6020 to compensate for excessive vehicle break downs.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
