WHEREAS, the Sanitation Department requests that Sanitation Truck #401045 (Old# 1045) be declared surplus and disposed of through JM Wood Auction in Montgomery, AL .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares Sanitation Truck #401045 (Old# 1045) - 2001 Dodge R1500 VIN# 2458 - Asset# 3261 as surplus and approves the disposal of it through JM Wood Auction in Montgomery, AL .
