     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Approves the declaration of the Street Dept. equipment #07073 - 1999 Komatsu WA180-3L Wheel Loader - SER# A80295 - Asset# 3730 be declared Surplus and approved for disposal by the best means possible.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
