WHEREAS, There are currently capital funds in the FY 15 Budget to expand a security project, and
WHEREAS, those funds need to be moved to another account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the expansion and from Account 01-629-7010, transfers $10,000 to 12-665-7129 Fiber Expansion and $5,000 to 01-629-5010 Small Tools.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
