NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, in a Special Called Council meeting held on March 2nd, 2026, formally accepts the City's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for fiscal year ended September 30, 2025, along with Warren Averett, LLC's letter concerning the firm's opinion of the audit results.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
