WHEREAS, the City of foley desires to light and control access to the new soccer fields
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates up to $355,000 for the lighting and fencing of the two new soccer fields and amends capital project account # 12-665-7319 Q94 CONST2 accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
