Title

 An Ordinance Accepting Public Rights-of-Way and Infrastructure Improvements In Majestic Manor Subdivision for City Maintenance.

 

Body

WHEREAS, the City deems it necessary to set standards for design and construction requirements, guidelines, details and standards for the design, development and construction relating to residential, commercial or industrial development within the jurisdiction

 

WHEREAS, the subdivision has been inspected by Project Manager Jeff S Phillips and finds that the infrastructure was maintained and in good condition and does meet all the subdivision requirements designated by the City of Foley.

 

BE IT ORDAINED that the Foley City Council as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The City deems it necessary to set standards for design and construction requirements, guidelines, details and standards for the design, development and construction relating to residential, commercial or industrial development within the jurisdiction

           Section 2.                     Accepts all public rights-of-way and infrastructure improvements within the right of way, in the following subdivision for City maintenance:

                                    Majestic Manor

"The terms and provisions of this ordinance are severable.  If any part or portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, void, or unconstitutional, that portion shall be deemed severed, and the remaining portions of the ordinance shall remain in full force and effect."

Section 3.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances, in any manner conflicting herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 4.                     This ordinance shall become effective upon its publication as required by law.
