Consider a resolution to waive permit fees to the minimum for Crossway Christian Fellowship Baptist Church
Body
WHEREAS, Crossway Christian Fellowship Baptist Church has been using two modular buildings for their sanctuary and education building, and
WHEREAS, the church has decided to construct a larger Church buiilding and requests that the City waive or reduce the permit fees and allow Crossway Christian Fellowship Baptist Church to pay the minimum Community Development Department fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Agrees to waive all but the minimum Community Development Department fees relating to building permits for Crossway Christian Fellowship Baptist Church located at 12720 Springsteen Lane Foley, Alabama.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
