WHEREAS, Sanitation Truck #401051 (Purch 2000) - 2000 Dodge Dakota VIN# 4726 - Asset# 9402 is 20 yrs old, worn out, and costing too much in repairs, and
WHEREAS, the Sanitation Department requests that Sanitation Truck #401051 (Purch in 2000) be declared surplus and disposed of through JM Wood Auction in Montgomery, AL .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares Sanitation Truck #401051 (Purch in 2000) - 2000 Dodge Dakota VIN# 4726 - Asset# 9402 as surplus and approves the disposal of it through JM Wood Auction in Montgomery, AL .
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
