A Resolution Approving the Purchase of Multifunction Copy Machines
Summary
We have several copy machines that are on expired leases that cannot be renewed because the type of contract to which we originally agreed is no longer offered. Therefore, I am proposing that we purchase replacement machines for the units at the Event Center, Graham Creek, and Community Development that have been more heavily used, as well as purchasing and retaining some of our "lower-mileage" units that we currently have. Engineering will retain their current machine and the City will retain two other used machines for departments with plans to potentially relocate soon, such as Infrastructure/Development and Finance.
